Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you take insurance?
I do not process or bill insurance, but I do provide you with an itemized bill invoice which can be submitted to your health insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Do you offer well visits and vaccines?
As a solo practitioner without a physical location, I cannot currently store vaccines and will be unable to complete well visits that require vaccination at this time. I can complete any sports physical, camp physical or school form for years during which your child does not require vaccination per the CDC schedule. Please continue to visit with your child's pediatrician for their regularly scheduled well visits and vaccinations. Maybe one day!
Do you have a physical practice location?
I am an entirely mobile home-visit service and do not personally have a practice location. This way, I am able to visit your child and care for them within the comfort of your home, hotel room, or other suitable and safe location.
Practice Policies:
New patient forms must be completed prior to the first visit under the patient forms tab.
I am not legally able to provide medical advice or direction without a formal telemedicine or home visit.
Payment is due prior to the visit with any additional incurred costs for testing or management as listed in services to be added on after the visit. Payment can be completed via Zelle or Venmo to Dauer Pediatrics PLLC.
Dr. Gabriella Dauer, MD is a mobile physician under DauerPediatrics, PLLC and will not be liable for any damage incurred onto your property during the visit.
